Depending on the nature of your interactions with us, we may collect personal data, including but not limited to your name, NRIC number, contact details, nationality, gender, date of birth, marital status, photographs, audio-visual content, employment details, and financial information such as credit/debit card or bank account details.

Generally, we will not collect your personal data without first obtaining your consent and informing you of the specific purpose for which the data is being collected. 6. Should you wish to withdraw your consent, please notify us in writing. Please note that, depending on the extent of your request, we may not be able to continue providing our goods or services, and we will inform you accordingly.

UPDATING YOUR INFORMATION

7. To ensure the accuracy and completeness of the personal data we hold, kindly inform us of any updates to your information.

8. Additionally, we may retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or to comply with applicable laws. We will cease retaining your personal data when it is no longer required for its intended purpose or is no longer mandated by law.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE OF SINGAPORE

9. We generally do not transfer your personal data to countries outside Singapore unless compelled to do so. In such cases, we will obtain your consent and ensure that your personal data continues to receive protection comparable to that provided under the PDPA.
